- The contractor shall furnish and deliver all equipment, components, software, and materials required for the Dynamic Waterjet Cutting Head Upgrade, as detailed in Attachment 1 � Salient Characteristics. The contractor shall also provide installation and operator training to ensure full integration with the Government�s existing waterjet system. Quoters are required pay special attention with the instructions in FAR 52.212?1 and FAR 52.212?2 as stated in the solicitation document.
