This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA441826Q0022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Railroad Maintenance and Repair Indefinite-delivery Indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) This acquisition is set-aside for 8(A) small business concerns. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237990 with a $45 million size standard. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
