- Amendment A00001 - Instructions for Upcoming Pre-Quote Site Visit of Bonneville Lock & Dam ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES RFQ: W9127N26QA066 Title: Bonneville Lock & Dam Elevator & Escalator Monthly Maintenance, Minor Repairs, Emergency Egress & Inspections Date: 12 May 2026, Tuesday Time: (9:00 AM � 12:00 PM PDT) Location: Bonneville Lock & Dam Directions: Take I-84 to exit 40, approximately four miles west of Cascade Locks, Oregon. At the flagpole intersection, bear right. Enter the Navigation Lock Visitor Area parking lot just past the guard station as the road veers to the left. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Portland District, Bonneville Cascade Lock & Dam in Oregon. All attendees MUST bring the following to the 12 May 2026, Site Visit: Real ID Driver�s license (or) Enhanced driver�s license Federal Identification Cards PIC/CAC/PIV/Etc. THIS IS A SOLICICATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN RFO FAR 12.202(b). 1. Solicitation Number: W9127N26QA066 2. Solicitation Issue Date: 28 April 2026 3. The priced proposal must be received by the closing date and time set for receipt of quotes. 5: Request for Quote Service Description: This solicitation is for routine monthly elevator & escalator maintenance, minor repairs, emergency egress, and required inspections in compliance with the most recent editions of ASME A 17.1 and A17.2. The base period of performance is from award through 31 DEC 2026, with four (4), twelve (12) month options periods. 6.
