- Amendment 0003 is being posted on 30 April 2026 to which the solicitation removes the following clauses and provisions: DFARS 252.204-7008, DFARS 252.204-7012, DFARS 252.204-7019, DFARS 252.204-7020, DFARS 252.204-7021 and DFARS 252.204-7025. 13-April-2026 - The site visit minutes and sign-in sheet are now uploaded in SAM.gov Amendment 0002 is being posted on 13 April 2026. The following documents are now included in this solicitation. B08. W912HN26BA003 narrative for the new documents for amendment 0002, B08. W912HN26BA003 Asbestos and lead surveys, B08. W912HN26BA003 Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF and E), B08. W912HN26BA003 Structural Interior Design (SID) and B08. W912HN26BA003 Veterinary Equipment. Please note that there are No revised specs or drawings to amendment 0002 *** SPECIAL NOTE *** Clarification note to amendment 0001 is also being posted on 13 April 2026 - Bidders will need to complete both bid acceptance schedules that have been updated to reflect the unit price column and grand total amount section. This is found in the document titled B_08_Solicitation Amendment 0001_W912HN26BA0030001_Released_4_3_26. Bidders will find this on the latter part of page 4 through page 9. Also, all bidders will need to sign and date the following document titled B.08-Solicitation Amendment 0001- W912HN26BA0030001 - SF 30. This is for the acknowledgment of amendment 0001 of this solicitation. This is part of Volume II that is on the solicitation. Amendment 0001 is being posted on 3 April 2026 to correct the bid acceptance schedule periods by including the unit price column and grand total amount section. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, has a new requirement to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to construct a SOF Military Working Dog (MWD) Kennel (approximately 11,000 SF) at Hunter Army Airfield, GA to include kennel administration offices, veterinary exam and surgical suite, isolation area, operating room, TA-50 locker area, latrines with showers, tack room, food preparation and storage areas, indoor and outdoor kennels, and building utility support areas. Built- in building systems include fire alarm/mass notification, fire suppression, HVAC, energy management control system, electrical systems, and communications networks. Supporting facilities include site preparation, utilities, vehicle parking, access drives, curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm drainage, landscaping, and other site improvements. Includes demolition of old kennel adjacent to the site.
