This is a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS 311991. 28 May 2026 Delivery to Camp Ethan Allen in 113 Ethan Allen Rd, Jericho, Vermont, 05465 for items listed on the ""Raw Sub Ethan Allen 28-31 May"" attachment. 31 May 2026 Delivery to Camp Smith Training Site at 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd, Bldg 505, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 for items listed on the ""Raw Sub Camp Smith 1-3 June"" attachment. 03 June 2026 Delivery to Camp Smith Training Site at 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd, Bldg 505, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 for items listed on the ""Raw Sub Camp Smith 4-6 June"" attachment. 05 June 2026 Delivery to Camp Smith Training Site at 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd, Bldg 505, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 for items listed on the ""Raw Sub Camp Smith 7-10 June"" attachment. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
