- You are invited to submit a quote for the 2-34th BCT Yellow Ribbon Event in the Des Moines, IA area. This quote is to be submitted to the Iowa National Guard, USPFO�Purchasing & Contracting, located at 7105 NW 70th Avenue, Johnston, IA 50131-1824 (Bldg. 3475). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel and quality control necessary to provide the Yellow Ribbon Event in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Reference Attachments 02 & 03 for further details. Please complete Attachment 01 and submit with final quotation.
