This announcement is in support of market� research to determine whether a small business set aside, with an emphasis on SDVOSB/VOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business/Veteran Owned Small Business) Small Businesses (SB), can be solicited. Below is some key information: Title: Jewelry for Self-Employment Plan The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339910 and the size standard is 700 employees. Key Point: The Buy American Act will apply to this requirement along with FAR Clause 52.225-1 (Buy American-Supplies) (https://acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide/far-overhaul-part-52#FAR_52_225_1) and FAR Provision 52.225-2 (Buy American Certificate) (https://acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide/far-overhaul-part-52#FAR_52_225_2).
