A single award will be given to the lowest responsive responsible bidder who meets all the technical specifications, Section 508 and Accessibility, and the IHS Buy Indian Act, Indian Econimic Enterprise Representiative. Note: Contracting Office Address is: 4141 Ambassador Drive, Suite 300, Anchorage, AK 99508. The address shown on ""Contracting Office Address"" is not a good address.
