Description

THIS IS A SOLICICATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN RFO FAR 12.202(b). 1. Solicitation Number: W9127N26QA066 2. Solicitation Issue Date: 28 April 2026 3. Contract Specialist: Raymie L. Briddell 4. Offer Due Date: 29 May 2026, 3:30 PM, PDT. Each offeror must submit a priced proposal via email to BOTH raymie.l.briddell@usace.army.mil and Darrell.D.Hutchens@usace.army.mil. No hard paper copies will be accepted or evaluated. The priced proposal must be received by the closing date and time set for receipt of quotes. 5: Request for Quote Service Description: This solicitation is for routine monthly elevator & escalator maintenance, minor repairs, emergency egress, and required inspections in compliance with the most recent editions of ASME A 17.1 and A17.2. The base period of performance is from award through 31 DEC 2026, with four (4), twelve (12) month options periods. 6. Questions: All inquiries regarding this solicitation are to be submitted via email to Raymie.L.Briddell@usace.army.mil. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. TIMING OF BIDDER INQUIRIES: Bidders are encouraged to submit their bidder inquiries promptly.
