- This is a source(s) sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS codes 333415 Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment and Manufacturing. Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23/RPO Central of the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting market research to identify qualified firms capable of providing Laboratory Refrigerators and Freezers for the Iowa City VA at 601 Highway 6 West, Iowa City, IA 52246. These items must be Brand Name or Equal to Thermo Fisher Scientific Refrigerators and Freezers as specified in the attached Salient Characteristics. Interested firms must have an FSS Contract to supply the required items. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Response to Request - If your organization has the potential capacity to provide these contract supplies, please provide the following information: Organization name SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) Address, email address Web site address Telephone number Please also include information if you company is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantage Business, Women-owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Small Business, HUBZone, or 8(a) Certified Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
