(This is a follow-on requirement from contract number FA521521R0015). PWS attached for reference and specific details. The Contractor will provide 130 hours of light weight helicopter logistics and operations capable of transporting 2 (two) range personnel and up to 100 pounds of internal /external equipment to and from the JPARC remote sites. The Contractor will provide 130 hours of medium weight helicopter logistics and operations capable of transporting 4 (four) range personnel and up to 500 pounds of internal/external equipment to and from the JPARC remote sites. The Contractor shall be able and qualified to fly under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) to provide 50 hours of medium weight helicopter logistics and operations capable of transporting 4 (four) range personnel and up to 500 pounds of internal/external equipment to and from the JPARC remote sites for flights departing before morning civil twilight and landing after evening civil twilight.
