- W912DW26RA013: Construction for a Secure Operations Facility located at Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), Washington. The purpose of amendment 05 is to revised specification and drawings, and commercial item wavier document. Changes are generally identified, for convenience, either by strikeout for deletions, and double underlining for text for additional or a single dark line in the margin. All portions of the revised sections shall apply whether changes have been indicated. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of all amendments including this amendment by number and date on their proposal. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
