- Join Us for the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Small Business Summit! The Air Force District of Washington is pleased to announce the upcoming AFDW Small Business Summit. This event is a fantastic opportunity for small business owners and representatives to connect with AFDW leadership, learn about upcoming contracting opportunities, and gain valuable insights into doing business with the Air Force. This summit is designed to provide a platform for collaboration and information sharing. Attendees will have the chance to network with key personnel and learn about the future requirements and opportunities. The summit will include: Upcoming Requirement Briefs for FY26 and FY27 Networking Opportunities with Base Agencies AFDW Director of Small Business Programs SBA Washington Metro Office MD Department of Commerce Maryland Business Opportunity Center Veterans Business Outreach Center Maryland APEX Accelerator Event Details: Location: 1359 Arkansas Rd, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 Date: May 14, 2026 Time: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Registration: *AMENDED* Please fill out the linked ""2026 AFDW Small Business Summit RSVP by 8 May - Collaboration."" Please fill out the attached form NLT 8 May 2026 by COB. *AMENDED* Due to technical difficulties we are unable to obtain the previous survey's information. If you have already registered we apologize for the inconvenience but please fill out the attached form below. If you do not have base access, please fill out the excel attached below and email it to allen.tang@us.af.mil and darya.macmillan.1@us.af.mil.
