- The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The Government intends firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for services. The associated NAICS code is 541611 with a small business size standard of $24.5M. This is a service-disabled veteran owned small business set aside. All quotes are due by the date and time specified in this posting and shall be submitted via email to the POC email address stated in this posting.
