- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for preparing, crack sealing, and applying two (2) coats of Polymer-Modified Asphalt Emulsion sealant to the dam access road, four (4) parking areas and a walkway at Surry Mountain Lake, Surry, NH. All work shall be completed in accordance with New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) standards and with the following Statement of Work. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
