Description

The objective of this contract is to remove approximately 2238 square feet of existing resilient tile squares and replace it with commercial-grade Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) 20mil flooring, including the installation of a 6"" cove base and thresholds. The 2000 sq ft includes two offices approximately 10x15 each, requiring carpet tile removal. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned business concerns. See solicitation for requirement details. Please reference Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors to ensure all requirements are met for a complete package.
