- The purpose of this solicitation W91CRB-26-Q-5000 is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement in accordance with (IAW)FMS Case BK-B-UAZ AE25016, for the Country of Bosnia and Herzegovina.This solicitation is competed for BRAND-NAME only FLIR Recon B2-FO Thermal Binoculars All solicitation documents are available exclusively through the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/.
