Description

SPE7L326R0003 will be issued as a firm-fixed Price Request for Proposal (RFP) for NSN 2590-01-693-7794 for a quantity of 2 each and will include a 100% quantity option for an additional 2 each (a total of 4 each). The prior awarded unit price of $203,140.32 each was used to estimate the total acquisition value of $406,280.64. LAKE SHORE SYSTEMS, INC. 34712, a large business, is the sole approved source for this winch parts kits, which has an AMC/AMSC of 3/C. Approved CAGE LAKE SHORE SYSTEMS, INC. 34712 Approved P/N: P/N P012781 Since competition is not anticipated from two small businesses offering the product of a small manufacturer, this solicitation will be issued unrestricted. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to �best value� procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance, and Delivery. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars.
