- SOLICITATION NOTICE OF SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation is being issued as a Small Business set-aside. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide Document Shredding Services for Providence VAMC in Providence, RI and its associated CBOCS.
