U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Sources Sought Announcement: Supply Side Energy and Management Services This is a Sources Sought announcement only. A solicitation is not available at this time, and this notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The GSA's Public Buildings Service (PBS) manages an extensive and complex energy portfolio, encompassing approximately 1,300 natural gas and electricity accounts, representing over $520 million in annual spend across 54 federal agencies nationwide. To ensure efficient and compliant management of this critical infrastructure, including meeting federal mandates for carbon pollution-free electricity, GSA is conducting market research to identify highly qualified contractors for Supply Side Energy and Management Services. Successful contractors will also possess in-depth financial and life cycle cost analysis capabilities and familiarity with Federal procurement and appropriations law.
