NOTICE OF PROJECT STATUS � DUCKABUSH ESTUARY RESTORATION U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District Notice ID: W912DW26RA002 Project Title: Duckabush Estuary Restoration, Jefferson County, WA NAICS: 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction PSC: Y1LB Construction of highways, roads, streets, bridges, and railways This notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal, invitation for bid, or any commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, is providing an update on the planned Duckabush Estuary Restoration construction project in Jefferson County, Washington. The Government previously posted a Sources Sought announcement and conducted Industry Days (under Notice ID W912DW24R0032) to engage with interested firms and obtain feedback from industry regarding this requirement. The project is currently in the design and pre-solicitation phase. Technical specifications and drawings are being finalized to ensure the solicitation package accurately reflects the scope, schedule, and performance requirements for the work. During this stage, the Government is coordinating internally to finalize acquisition strategy and solicitation documents. The Government intends to issue a formal solicitation for this requirement once design, internal approvals, and funding are in place, but no specific timeframe is being projected at this stage. The anticipated procurement method is unrestricted resulting in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract award. A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) is anticipated to be required. Interested contractors are encouraged to remain attentive to future updates and the forthcoming postings on this site. No additional information, draft documents, or responses to questions are being provided at this time, and the Government is not requesting capability statements or other submissions in response to this notice. Contractors are responsible for monitoring this posting for future updates. All official communication regarding this requirement, including any changes to the anticipated solicitation timeframe, will be posted here.
