- Combined Synopsis � Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA460826QC055 is issued as a Request for Quote for one (1) Brand Name Trane Chiller. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Description of Requirement: This is a purchase and delivery requirement for one (1) Trane 160-Ton Air-Cooled Scroll Packaged Chiller Model (CGAM). This acquisition is on behalf of the 2d Civil Engineering Squadron (2 CES) located at Barksdale AFB, LA, and must conform to the customer's salient characteristics. Installation will be handled by members of the 2 CES. Delivery Terms: Freight on Board (FOB) Destination: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN Product/Service Description Quantity Unit Unit Price Total 0001 Trane 160-Ton Air-Cooled Scroll Packaged Chiller Model (CGAM) 1 Each Best Value Determination: Contract award will be based on price/technical to determine best value. Due Date and Time: Questions must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer listed below by 1:30 PM Central Daylight, Friday, 24 April 2026. Answers to questions submitted in accordance with (IAW) specified due date will be provided on or around Tuesday, 28 April 2026. Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer listed below by 1:30 PM CDT, Friday, 1 May 2026.
