***Amendment No. 0001 is hereby issued to add ""Q_and_A - 75H70726Q00053 - RN - NSRTC"" and Amendment No. 0001 to list of attachments and to extend response date to Friday, April 24, 2026, 5:30pm MDT.*** **Due date is being extended to allow time for posting of Q&A, which is forthcoming** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00053 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for one Registered Nurse (RN) to provide non-personal health care services to be provided for the New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center (NSRTC) located in Pueblo of Acoma, NM. This acquisition is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) See attached RFQ and/or Fillable Table for Contract Line Items (CLINs). (iii) See attached RFQ for description of requirements. ""Instructions to Quoters"" begins on p. 16. (iv) RN services to be provided for the following Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) facility: New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center 20 Mockingbird Drive Pueblo of Acoma, NM 87034-0317 (v) See attached RFQ for a list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition. (vi) See attached RFQ for a list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. (vii) Quotes will be accepted via email to Shandiin.DeWolfe@ihs.gov until 5:30 pm MDT on Monday, April 20, 2026. Please submit questions no later than 5:30 pm MDT on Wednesday, April 15th, 2026. (viii) This is a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside.
