- Request for quote - terminal boards for seismic digitizer recorders This requirement is not set-aside small business. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR RFO Part 12, Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026. Interested parties shall submit sufficient documentation and explain how offerings meet, exceed, or differ from each Salient Characteristic for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Merely providing technical specifications without direct comparison is insufficient for evaluation. An addendum may be included with submittal. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable method. Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products.
