Description
A. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver items listed below to the U.S. Embassy Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth herein. The materials and equipment requested are meant to provide medical clinics in Omnogobi, Dornogobi, and Dundgovi Province, Mongolia with Starlink Mini Terminals needed to provide internet connectivity to ambulances during medical emergencies and increase standard of medical care in a prehospital setting. B. This is a firm-fixed price type of purchase order/contract. C. The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to deliver the required items to the U.S. Embassy Ulaanbaatar, Denver Street #3, 11th Micro District, Ulaanbaatar 14190, Mongolia. D. The Contractor shall be responsible for managing delivery, safely and concisely packaging of all items to the address mentioned above, paragraph C, by 16 May 2026. The Contractor shall maintain communication with the Authorized Government Representative (AGR) for prompt delivery. E. Upon receipt of all items, the AGR will inspect, and inventory all procured items. All Starlink Terminals and accessories shall be ready for inventory on/about 16 May 2026. After inspection, if the AGR deems any of the item(s) to be unacceptable, the Contractor shall be responsible for replacing the item(s) within a reasonable amount of time from notification as determined by the AGR. The replacement item(s) shall meet the requirements as stated in the SOW. Once all items have been inventoried and inspected by the AGR, the AGR will take custody of the items until such a time they can be distributed to Medical Providers in the Gobi region.
