- This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of conducting market research, analysis, and screening of potential capable parties to provide base operations support services for a newly established training center located in Birmingham, Alabama. Services required will include housing maintenance, pest control, grounds maintenance, custodial, and other general support services.
