- FERMI FORWARD DISCOVERY GROUP SEEKS QUOTATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING: QTY. 1.00 ITEM DESCRIPTION - VSP3e-CHAS VSP-3e chassis - 8 slots QTY. 6.00 ITEM DESCRIPTION - EIS3e-01 Potentiostat/Galvanostat board with EIS(/Z) and Quality Indicators for SP150e/VSP(3e)/VMP3e chassis (includes 1.5m cell cable) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Your written response to this solicitation must be in accordance with the following additional requirements: SARC Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs (Rev. 8)*, PUR-466 Proposal Certifications (Rev. 5)* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The following terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this solicitation: FERMI FORWARD DISCOVERY GROUP, LLC GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS OR COMMERCIAL SERVICES (08/2025) OR - ICPT, GSA, SEWP TERMS ACCEPTED AS WELL ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Documents to be returned with proposal submittal: 1. A separate document, including any/all exceptions to Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (08.2025). Exceptions to FermiForward Terms and Conditions shall be presented with RFQ submittal. 5.
