- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in support of the 129th Operations Group for an Expandable Internal Airlift/Helicopter Slingable Container Unit (ISU). This Request for Quote is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, utilizing the streamlined procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� and supplemented by the information contained herein. This announcement constitutes the sole solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Quotations are requested in accordance with the instructions detailed in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document. Detailed specifications for this requirement are outlined in the attached Product Description. Please submit your quote in accordance with the instructions contained within the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
