Description

The purpose of this requirement is to purchase 456 mattresses, 912 protective encasements and the pick-up and disposal of all old mattresses from 15 missile alert facilities (MAFs) surrounding Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. Full performance of the contract, including delivery to all locations and the pickup of the old mattresses, must be completed no later than 120 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Detailed product specifications and logistical requirements are provided in Attachment 1 � MAF Mattress SOW. Key Dates: 9 April: Questions due from Quoters no later than 8:00am CST 27 April: Quotes due no later than 8:00am CST 22 May: Quotes must be valid through 22 May 2026. SAM.gov Attachments: 1.
