- Solicitation Number: FA469026Q0018 Requirement: Ellsworth AFB Protestant Music Director Solicitation Type: This solicitation is for a single-award, firm-fixed price, definite contract for 1 base year, 4 option years, and an optional 6-month extension period. Set Aside: This acquisition is a total small business set aside IAW RFO 19.104-1. Period of Performance: 11 May 2026 - 10 May 2031. This contract includes: 1 base year 4 one-year option periods 1 six-month extension option Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is determined to represent the best value to the Government. The Government will utilize RFO Part 12 procedures and conduct an integrated assessment for a best value award decision based on the following evaluation factors: Price and Technical Acceptability (4 years of college in related field or equivalent years of experience). Submission Requirements: Interested and responsible entities are encouraged to submit a quote. Proposals must include the following: Completed Standard Form 1449, with price list. References displaying 4 years of college in related field or equivalent years of experience, in accordance with the PWS. Video or audio submission demonstrating vocal ability, in accordance with the PWS. System for Award Management (SAM): Offerors must be registered in SAM at https://www.sam.gov and have a valid CAGE code to be eligible for award. Attachments: Standard Form 1449 Performance Work Statement Price List Wage Determination Questions and Answers: All questions regarding this solicitation and attachments are due no later than 23 April, 2026 at 4:00 PM MDT.
