- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12. This constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140P8426Q0017 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at the Revolutionary FAR Overhual ( https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul) and the FAR (https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far). The NAICS code is 115310, Support Activities for Forestry (including tree thinning services) with an associated small business size standard of $11.5M. This solicitation is for a service, is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single contractor/vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service, Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve has a requirement for tree thinning and piling services. NOTE: For full description, quoters shall refer to Attachment 4, Statement of Work. Instructions on how to fill out the SF-1449 RFQ form and what to include in quote are in solicitation Attachment no. 1, Terms Provisions Clauses. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. Government's anticipated period of performance is between Julu 16-20th through September 30th, 2026. THIS SYNOPSIS PAGE DOES NOT CONTAIN FULL DETAILS OF THE SOLICITATION.
