- Invitation for Bids (IFB) Set-Aside for Small BusinessesNAICS Code: 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering ConstructionThe 134th Air Refueling Wing of the Tennessee National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of the perimeter security fencing at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Tennessee. This is a total small business set-aside.The scope of the project involves providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision to repair the installations perimeter security fencing in accordance with the plans and specifications that will be provided with the solicitation. This project is critical to maintaining the physical security of the installation.The contract duration will be 365 calendar days from the date of the notice to proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990, with a corresponding small business size standard of $45,000,000. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $3,000,000 and $5,000,000.The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 19 May 2026.
