- FOSM Exterior Fire Staircase Replacement The purpose of amendment 0002 is to provide additional questions received regarding the solicitation with the governments response to those questions that were missed in the first amendment. The government will no longer taking questions regarding the solicitation after 4/17/26 and the quote due date and time will remain the same. All quotes are now due 04/22/2026 at 1100AM CDT.
