- W912EE The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District (USACE-MVK), in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Doble Engineering Company (CAGE Code: 94856) for a lease of power apparatus and insulation testing equipment and software. Requirement: M4000 Doble Test Equipment and Software which includes: 1 Doble M4100 Power Factor/Tan-Delta Insulation Analyzer and High Voltage Apparatus Tester 1 M4000 Power Factor Equipment Doble Test Assistant (DTA) professional analysis software, professional version. 1 M4300 Field Transporter for M4100 Field engineer service phone support Five (5) days of on-site training Equipment Upgrades Software Upgrades On-Site Warranty covering lease period to include all parts, supplies, equipment and labor for any needed repair of all equipment and/or software leased under this contract. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District�s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 1:00 PM CST on 21 April 2026, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
