SOURCES SOUGHT: This is NOT a Request for Quote. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 4th Contracting Squadron at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, NC is conducting market research. We aim to identify potential vendors capable of providing lodging, conference facilities, and meal services for an upcoming Chapel Marriage Retreat that will take place 19-21 Jun 2026. Please see the attached draft Statement of Work for a full description of the requirement. This notice is for information and planning purposes only. It is not a solicitation for proposals, and it does not commit the U.S. Government to award a contract now or in the future. Interested parties are requested to contact the primary and secondary points of contact listed in this posting via email to express their interest and capabilities.
