Description

Solicitation for Graded Crushed Aggregate Base Course This is a solicitation for the provision and delivery of Graded Crushed Aggregate Base Course (GCA) for the Avon Park Air Force Range in Avon Park, Florida. Summary of Requirements The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, material, design, and supervision necessary to deliver a base quantity of 16,410 tons of Graded Crushed Aggregate Base Course (GCA). The GCA will be used for the construction of Taxiway Hotel and the C-17 Assault strip. The government holds an option to purchase up to an additional 1,000 tons of GCA, in accordance with FAR 52.217-7. Important Instructions for Offerors All interested parties must carefully review the full solicitation package. Offerors are required to adhere to all instructions, conditions, and provisions outlined in the solicitation, including the specific instructions to offerors detailed in FAR 52.212-1. Please pay close attention to all submission deadlines and requirements as specified in this posting. Failure to comply with the stated due dates and instructions may result in the rejection of your offer. RFI Questions must be submitted no later than 19 April 2026
