Notice Type This is a Sources Sought / Market Research notice issued solely for information and planning purposes. � Set Aside: Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) � Authority: Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47) This is NOT a solicitation and no contract will be awarded as a result of this notice. ________________________________________ 3. Purpose & Description The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Region, Hopi Agency, located in Keams Canyon, AZ, is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) that are capable of providing Propane Delivery Services to support agency operations and BIA managed facilities. Propane services are essential for heating, facility operations, and mission continuity across multiple agency buildings, residences, and remote sites. Required Services Include (but are not limited to): � Bulk propane delivery to agency buildings and remote locations � Filling and refilling existing storage tanks � Emergency/rapid response deliveries as needed � Installation, maintenance, or replacement of propane tanks (when required) � Coordination with Hopi Agency Facility Management for tank levels, usage, and scheduling � Compliance with all federal, state, tribal, and environmental safety regulations � Capability to deliver in rural, remote, and limited access areas This Sources Sought is intended to gauge interest, availability, and capability among ISBEE vendors for future procurement planning. ________________________________________ 4. IEE Verification Requirement Interested vendors must submit a completed Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form with their response. � This form is required for verification under the Buy Indian Act. � Responses submitted without a completed IEE Form will not be considered. ________________________________________ 5. Place of Performance BIA � Western Region, Hopi Agency Keams Canyon, Arizona (Mohave County) Service locations may include: � Agency buildings � Housing units � Detention and administrative facilities � Additional BIA managed or remote sites ________________________________________ 6. Capability Statement Requirements Interested ISBEE vendors are requested to provide a concise Capability Statement including: � Company name, UEI, and point of contact (name, email, phone) � Description of propane delivery services provided � Relevant past performance or experience with rural/remote deliveries � Service capacity, including emergency response capabilities � Geographic coverage and ability to serve the Hopi Agency region � Completed IEE Representation Form ________________________________________ 7.
