- FABRICATION SERVICES TO PRODUCE A 7.5�PLATFORM, DUAL MAST ENCLOSURE STAND (DMES), SOLAR RACK, 11� FIXED ARM, MET SWING PLATE, STANDARD BUBBLER ORIFICE, SADDLE, SHAKESPEARE LIGHT POLE DOUBLE ANEMOMETER MASTHEAD AND A GEODETIC LEVELING COLLAR FOR THE NOAA NATIONAL OCEAN SERVICE. FABRICATION TIMELINE OF 60 DAYS PLEASE INCLUDE FABRICATION LEAD TIME ON OFFERS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 332710. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Fabrication services to produce a 7.5� platform, dual mast enclosure stand (DMES), solar rack, 11� fixed arm, met swing plate, standard bubbler orifice, saddle, Shakespeare light pole double anemometer masthead and a geodetic leveling collar per the supplied drawing sets, including all hardware specified in each drawing set, and fully assemble each item for shipment. See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. At a minimum, all quotes should include contact information and CAGE Code.
