- VETERINARY SERVICES - Seattle, WA ***AMENDMENT ONE*** The purpose of this Amendment is to add an option year to the RFQ and answer vendor questions. The due date for quotes is extended to Friday, April 17, 2026, at 10:00am PT. Question: SF 18 says that the place of performance is in Seattle, WA 98115 and at Nordland, WA98358. Does this mean that two (2) FTEs are required or will one (1) FTE travel to both locations? Answer: This position is not a full-time employee. The position is for one person at both locations.
