- Synopsis The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Techanax LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for the procurement of the pCare TruthPoint Rounding Solution, manufactured by TVR Communications LLC. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Description of Requirement The contractor shall provide the pCare TruthPoint Rounding Solution, a proprietary patient experience platform that includes: Real-time patient feedback and service recovery Staff rounding workflow tools Data analytics and reporting dashboards Integration with existing VA pCare infrastructure Software support, licensing, and maintenance This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, which authorizes contracting without full and open competition when only one responsible source can meet the Government s requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 Software Publishers, with a size standard of $47 million. Response to This Notice This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the Government s requirement. Responses must include: Evidence of authorization from TVR Communications LLC Technical capability to meet integration requirements Business size and socioeconomic status Responses must be received no later than April 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST and should be submitted electronically to:
