Description

This solicitation will be prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. Acknowledgement of timely receipt of offers will be made by Audrey Franklin as soon as practicable upon receipt. Late offers will also be acknowledged as such and may not be considered by the Government. Offerors may submit questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirement to Audrey Franklin via email at audrey.m.franklin2.civ@us.navy.mil by Thursday 04/23/26. ANY QUESTIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE MAY NOT BE ANSWERED. Interested offerors shall submit their offers via email as a single Adobe Acrobat .pdf attachment to Audrey Franklin (email: audrey.m.franklin2.civ@us.navy.mil; and Jewel Anderson (email: jewel.t.anderson.civ@us.navy.mil ; on or before 11:00 AM EDT TUESDAY 28 April 2026.
