This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes as part of U.S. Department of State market research and does not constitute an RFP or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified Small Business (SB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone (HUBZ), 8(a), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) - (SDVOSM) under NAICS code 541330. All interested firms must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission and must not be listed on the Excluded Parties List. Acquisition strategy and set-aside decisions may be made based on the information provided in response to this Sources Sought notice. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely for acquisition planning and will not be shared outside the government acquisition team.
