- The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is procuring and implementing an enterprise-level acquisition lifecycle solution � Appian Government Acquisition Management Solution (GAMS) � for contract writing (CW), contract filing (CF), and early acquisition planning (EAP) contract management. We are asking from Fedback from the industry on the draft SOO by 3:00 PM EST on March 26, 2026. Questions pertaining to the RFI should be submitted by 3:00 PM EST March 17, 2026.
