Such conversations would only be intended to get further clarification of potential capability to meet the requirements, especially any development and certification risks. 2. SCOPE OF WORK: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Strategic Materials Directorate is seeking information for the potential acquisition of 3,500 MT of Nickel metal for addition into the National Defense Stockpile (NDS).
