Description

Services to provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide Joint Enabling Capabilities Command JECC) and Joint Planning Support Element (JPSE) Training Delivery and Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX) Support on Norfolk Naval Base, Norfolk, VA, in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service. The purpose is to plan, develop, integrate, execute, and assess an effective unit-level Joint education, training, and exercise programs to prepare personnel assigned to the JPSE for rapid worldwide deployment and subsequent employment in support of emergent operational requirements.
