- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to revise the acquisition strategy to ensure maximum competition and to accurately reflect the nature of the requirement in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). As a result, the following changes are made: The acquisition is changed from a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is hereby corrected from 423830 (Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers) to 333924 (Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing). The proposal due date is extended to 3/31/2026. An updated SOL has been provided. ** Q & A updated 3/5/26 ** - updated 36k Load Center From: 24,36,48 To: 36,48. See updated SOW and Q&A attachments. ** Question and Answers posted 3/3/26 ** The Illinois Army National Guard�s Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is requesting to procure (1) 36k forklift, (1) telehandler, and (2) 4k electric forklifts. See attached SOL for detials.
