Please disregard the L-1 - Bidders Questions and Answers_A00003 version posted under Update Number 0003. Amendment A0003 is re-posted but it remains unchanged. The purpose of Amendment A0003 is to: 1) Post Government Responses to Bidders Questions in Attachment L-1; 2) Update language in Section B Note F to remove unilateral reference; 3) Update language in Section C-1.1.C in red; 4) Remove language in Section C-2.3.8.1.2; 5) Update language in Section L.1.1. in red; 6) Update language in Section L.2.1.4. in red; and 7) Update language in Section M.4.5. in red
