- Project Title: Bldg. 20 Sewer Pipe Repair Project Location: Stratton Air National Guard Base, Scotia, NY Project Number: VBDZ262101. Reference attached statement of work (SOW) for project details. This is a total small business set-aside for NAICS 237110, water and sewer line and related structures construction with a small business size standard of $45M. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. Reference 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. (Deviation) for the quote evaluation factors. Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following address: 109.aw.fal.msc.contracting@us.af. mil A site visit will be held on March 19, 2026, at 10:00 am. All attendees will meet at the civil engineering building (bldg. 25), 1 Air National Guard Road, Scotia, NY 12302. Interested parties should email 109.aw.fal.msc.contracting@us.af.mil confirming their intent to attend the site visit. In addition to a valid, government issue photo id, attendees should be prepared to present the following information upon arrival at the gate: Vehicle registration, Real ID compliant id (see https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification) for acceptable forms of id, Proof of vehicle insurance, Safety inspection and car rental agreement if applicable
