- Description
- On or about 25 March 2026, Government intends to issue a solicitation for ""Fort Peck Dam Mowing and Trimming"". The solicitation will close on or about 8 April 2026. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small business. Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide lawn maintenance for the Fort Peck Dam Area Services include mowing and trimming and picking up any trash or tree limbs in the mowing areas designated in the Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance: Base Year: May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 Active Period: May 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026 Inactive Period: October 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 Option Year 1: May 1, 2027 through April 30, 2028 Active Period: May 1, 2027 through September 30, 2027 Inactive Period: October 1, 2027 through April 30, 2028 Option Year 2: May 1, 2028 through April 30, 2029 Active Period: May 1, 2028 through September 30, 2028 Inactive Period: October 1, 2028 through April 30, 2029 Option Year 3: May 1, 2029 through April 30, 2030 Active Period: May 1, 2029 through September 30, 2029 Inactive Period: October 1, 2029 through April 30, 2030 Option Year 4: May 1, 2030 through April 30, 2031 Active Period: May 1, 2030 through September 30, 2030 Inactive Period: October 1, 2030 through April 30, 2031 Site Visit: A formal Site Visit will not be scheduled; however, offerors are invited to arrange their own side vist if they would like to inspect the site where work will be performed. Information regarding who to contact to arrange for a site visit will be included in the solicitation. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561730 - Landscaping Services, with a size standard for small business of $9.5M.
