Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Supplies and Services Solicitation Number: W911WN26QA011 Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Date: 2025-06 - 1 Oct 2025 Product/Service Codes: S201 NAICS Code: 561720 Business Size Standard: $22,000,000 Set-Aside: 8(a) Government Organization: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform janitorial services at the Neville Island Complex. Submission Requirements: Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required: https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ Pricing should be submitted in the price schedule. Quoters shall complete the green highlighted cells on the Services tab, columns Q-W. All other cells are locked. Quoters shall only return the completed price schedule provided in this solicitation and shall not modify any cells other than the green cells. Submitted prices will remain good for 30 days. Period of Performance: Base - 1 May 2026 - 30 April 2027 Option Year 1 - 1 May 2027 - 30 April 2028 Option Year 2 - 1 May 2028 - 30 April 2029 Option Year 3 - 1 May 2029 - 30 April 2030 Option Year 4 - 1 May 2030 - 30 April 2031 Performance Location: 3500 Grand Ave Pittsburgh, PA 15225 Important Notes: The Government reserves the right to cancel this combined synopsis/solicitation at any time. Award will be made for the quote most advantageous to the government, based on price and past performance.
